Millenary Manuscripts Conference
(26-28 September 2004)
The
first international conference organized by the Manuscript Center,
one of the academic institutions affiliated to the BA. Distinguished
manuscript specialists from all over the globe are to meet and
review the treasures of heritage lying in the vast array of Arabic
millenary manuscripts (i.e. dating from 450 AH or before) scattered
all across world libraries. The Conference is to shed light on that
rare heritage reservoir.
