The launching ceremony of the third collection of
the Digital Manuscript Library
The Manuscript Center at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina organizes the launching
ceremony of the third collection of the Digital Manuscript Library (Uppsala
University Collection), on Wednesday, 7 December 2005 at 12:30 p.m. at the BA
Conference Center. The ceremony will be opened by Dr. Ismail Serageldin,
Director of the Library of Alexandria, Dr. Youssef Ziedan, Director of the
Manuscript Center & Manuscript Museum, H.E. Mr. Stig Elvemar, Ambassador of
Sweden, and Dr. Jan Henningsson, Director of the Swedish Institute in
Alexandria.
